How do you stay fit without going to the gym? Well, one thing is walking. I mean, if you’re a driver, a lot of drivers don’t walk enough. So, if you’re not walking enough, you should walk some more. I mean, you could do jogging, but a lot of people don’t want to do jogging. So, if you’re not walking enough, at least do walking.
You can also do other things like dancing. You could even make it fun by singing like “la la la” while you do it. Or, you don’t have to sing—you could just dance to some good music.
But, other than that, there are other things too, like yoga, but you might not be into that. Another option is to walk upstairs. You can really feel it in your heart—your heart beats fast when you walk up a few flights, right? And you start sweating.
